A high-profile couple in Shah Alam has been detained by local enforcement for managing an unlicensed maid agency from their home.
The bust led to the detention of 13 Indonesian women aged between early 20s to late 40s, all of whom had entered Malaysia using social visit passes. These women were placed as domestic workers through the underground recruitment agency.
